• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
• Free shipping on all orders

6. Returns and Refunds

Product Returns:

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Consultation Cancellations:

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows: 50% fee applies
• Rescheduling available with 24-hour notice
